These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Stumpocalypse LLC ("Stumpocalypse"), a stump grinding business operating in Metro Detroit, Michigan. By requesting a quote or scheduling a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
Stumpocalypse provides residential and light commercial stump grinding services in the Metro Detroit area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. All quotes are estimates and may vary based on on-site conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability
Stumpocalypse will make every reasonable effort to complete your job safely and professionally. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other subsurface features not disclosed at the time of service. Customers are encouraged to call MISS DIG (811) before scheduling if underground lines may be a concern.
4. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at stumpocalypse.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
