My experience with Stumpocalypse has been fantastic! I was in a situation where I needed a stump removed quickly due to safety reasons, and Alan was incredibly responsive, timely, and thorough with helping figure out what I needed done. My tree was removed from my electric company, and they didn't complete the job by grinding the stump. Alan took care of my surrounding lawn and fence while removing the stump, and once he was done it looked like a stump never existed in that spot! He was very communicative, updated me throughout the job, and made sure all debris/mess was cleaned before leaving. I highly recommend Stumpocalypse!

Had 14 stumps removed in just one day and I'm very impressed with the work. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. I didn't have to do any extra work afterward. They left everything looking great and made the whole process super easy. Honestly, they made it look so easy (and fun) with the remote-controlled grinder that I almost wanted to join the party! Highly recommend their service for stump removal. Great guys, great team, AMAZING outcome!

We were extremely happy with their services this past week. We had a dead apple tree taken down in our backyard and Stumpocalypse was fast and efficient in removing the remaining stump. Their machine did an excellent job in removing the stump and was in and out within an hour. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

This Stump Grew Completely Around a Steel Fence
Decades of growth had swallowed an entire fence line — posts and top rail buried dead center in the trunk, and not flimsy hardware either: this was 40 year old steel fencing, made to last. Grinder teeth and steel do not mix, so this one took surgery. We cut the overgrown stump down to rail height with a chainsaw, torched through the top rail, then ground carefully into the center, clipping the woven steel fencing piece by piece as the grinder exposed it. Slow, methodical, done right — no shortcuts and no trace left behind.
Before
The fence line ran straight through the trunk. Steel posts, woven wire fencing, and a heavy top rail were fully embedded after years of the tree growing around them.
After
Steel cut out section by section, stump ground below grade, and the site left clean. If your stump has a complication like this, it is exactly the kind of job we take.
